Brain’s got Rhythm

Last night I was inspired to revisit some of my favourite Kylie Minogue songs, and realised how many great songs she’s made over the years. Here’s a selection.

As a bonus, here are some more excellent Kylie tracks, a couple of sexy ads featuring the pop princess, plus some of my favourite tracks sung by her sister Dannii.

I love this ad, though it’s reminding me that I need to prepare for the Christmas party at work this Thursday. It feels like the fates have been conspiring to make me attend it this year, but if I must go, I’m going to look gorgeous.
Two years ago I was having a hard time at the evil university. Some of my friends in another department decided to go to the Staff Xmas Party and dragged me along. I scrubbed up nicely in sparkly green eyeshadow and a low-cut red dress, and surprised some of my colleagues with my sexy dance moves. It was nice to be someone else for the night.
I doubt it will be the same at this forthcoming work party though, it’s being held at the counselling centre itself and I don’t think that wanton dancing will be encouraged. Anyway the plan is to pass through briefly, look gorgeous, and then disappear into the ether after a short time; Cinderella-stylee (but with both shoes still attached).

Sing it with me: This is your night tonight/Everything’s gonna be all right!
I think it would be interesting to live in a bartering society, but of course the real reason I’m posting this video is due to the monkey.
