Our trip to Holland was very funny. We ate horse-meat one night at the hotel, though we didn’t know it at the time – we just thought it was dodgy beef…

PJ is funny, resilient, quirky and generous. She’s a bit of a tomboy mostly, but once in a while she’ll break out her feminine wares. I keep on telling her to get herself a good man, but she won’t listen… she’s a hard-headed one sometimes!

I could be happier. I feel frustrated with myself for not living the life I desire.

What did you accomplish last year?

I quit the job that was crushing my spirit, and found a part-time job which suits me better, and makes me feel like I’m contributing towards society.

I’m staying in Madeira with my boyfriend. The weather is lovely and I’ve got nothing to do all day. My guy and I are alone in our hotel room. The ceiling fan keeps us cool as we cuddle.
